Exchange & Return Policy

How do I make a return?

  • Exchanges: Eligible within 72 hours of receiving the order.
  • Returns: Eligible within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Manufacturing Defects or Seller Errors:
    • Inspection by our specialized team may take a minimum of three (3) business days.
    • Customers will be informed of acceptance or rejection after inspection.
  2. Wrong Product Delivery:
    • Customers can request a return or exchange if an incorrect product or a defective item is delivered.
  3. No Manufacturing Defect:
    • Customer bears all shipping and return costs provided the item matches original specifications.
  4. Promotional Periods:
    • No returns or exchanges for products purchased during promotions.
  5. Modified Items:
    • No returns or exchanges allowed on modified items (size adjustments, etc.).
  6. Single Return/Exchange:
    • Only one approved return or exchange is allowed per order.
  7. High-Value Purchases:
    • Items exceeding 3500 Riyals must be collected at Mystique store, Riyadh Park Mall, Riyadh.
  8. Misuse of Items:
    • We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges for misused items.
    • Customers requesting repairs bear all shipping and repair costs.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be unused, with intact adhesive strips for return or exchange acceptance.
  • Actual item colors might slightly differ from the website images due to lighting and screen settings.

Return Procedure

For returns, email us at customercare@lemoje.com. Our Customer Care team will respond within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we will issue a return label, and our courier will coordinate item pickup.

* Delayed customer responses might extend processing times.

Refunds

Upon approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method minus delivery charges and handling fees, if applicable. Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card company.

This policy applies only to purchases made through https://lemoje.com. Claims related to purchases from physical stores must be directed to respective retail locations.

*Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at customercare@lemoje.com before shipment.

Promotions/Sales

Registered users will receive notifications of ongoing promotions via email.

Payment Terms

All payments are securely processed via SSL encryption. Accepted methods: Debit/Credit card, PayTabs, Tabby (4 installments, interest-free), or COD (Cash on Delivery).

Debit/Credit Card Payment

Provide accurate card details (number, expiration, CVV). Your bank securely processes transactions. All cards are accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

A logistic processing fee of SAR 25 applies to all COD purchases.
